5w2d = Reality Check

All was well this morning; my boobs are huge, I'm bloated, smells are getting tough and leading to "un-easiness" feeling.

Then this afternoon happened. I saw a very small amount of tanish spotting.

And all I could think of was "SERIOUSLY!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" Maybe with a few choice words thrown in.

Yes, this can be "normal". But, my history has not lead that way. *SO FAR*, it's only happened that one time, and like I said it was very small amount, and not really brown, just a tanish streak basically.

So, if it doesn't return, I'll be ok. If it does, well...I'll have to call my doctor.

I didn't really see this coming. My levels have all been wonderful, and my symptoms are still going strong. So, I'm hoping that it was a fluke, and that will be that. I'm going to blame it on dehydration at this point. At the time, I'd only had 2 glasses of water, and it was mid-afternoon. Needless to say, I increased my water intake.

So, we will see what tomorrow brings. It was a reality check today for sure. I've been basically almost on cloud nine, but that definately brought me back down to reality. There are no guarentee's I'm keeping this, even though the numbers have been ok. It's completely in God's hands, and I know he/she will do what is best for me and Brian, even if I don't like it. It's been one of the hardest things I've learned through my journey with infertility; to put trust in God.

One of my close co-workers decided she was switching work days with me so I could go to my dr. in Raliegh vs. the one here. SO nice of her. I just hope it I make it to the u/s.

PLEASE keep those prayers going for this tiny tiny baby.

  1. Good news that you can go to the Sat. u/s. Hopefully you won't be calling your doctor anytime soon. Hope you got my messages. I love you.
