Here's a comparison:
Birth weight: 7 lbs 8 oz (50%), now 9 lbs 15 oz (50%)
Birth height: 19.5 inches (30%), now 21 inches (50%)
Birth head: Don't know, but it was in the 10th percentile , and how it's 50th.
His brains are growing. ;)
I'm sure most of you have seen the video of Matthew I did when he was 4 weeks old, but here's a link if you didn't catch it:

Matthew had is first tailgate this past weekend at the ECU vs. Tulsa game. Poor thing slept right threw it. I think he has been doing his 6 week growth spurt. When he went to sleep at the game, he slept for 2 days. Seriously! Only waking to eat, and maybe to play for an hour or two everyday, and that's it! I started to get a little worried, but he wasn't feverish or anything. He was just sleeping. So, now he's been eating every 2 hours or so during the day. His night time sleep has been SO good the past week. Last night, I got 5.5 hours of sleep IN A ROW. It was awesome. He went to sleep at 9:15 pm, woke up at 3:30am, went back to sleep and woke up at 6:30am. Now, I wish I would have slept the whole time. I had to pump after his 3:30am feeding because I was SO full. Thank goodness I wore a bra to bed last night, because I soaked the whole bra - and it's an absorbant one too. It would have made a mess had I not had it on. I had even pumped an ounce or two out of each breast before I went to bed too, thinking that would get me through the night without having to pump. But no.
I must say Matthew does so well when we go out in public. He rarely cries or makes a fuss. The exception to this is his car seat. He HATES his car seat. Most babies love theirs...not Matthew! He cries EVERYTIME he is put in it. He does ok once we are going in the car, but God forbid if I have to stop at a stopsign or stoplight! The screaming resumes until we move again. He is a mess. But out in public, he's fine. That does make my life less stressful for sure.
I had my postpartum appointment yesterday. All is well. My tear is healed up, and my urine was good - no trace of anything anymore. Blood pressure still rocks at 108/62. Weight....well I've got 9 lbs to go to my pre preg. I had got to 4 lbs, but I put some back on for some reason. But, that's still really good for 6 weeks out. Most people have alot more to lose than that. I shouldn't be complaining.
Forgot to mention that I got out of the house by myself on Saturday to do a little shopping. It's been FOREVER since I've gotten clothes that I actually like that aren't maternity. lol My fashion has suffered severely; maternity clothes just are not fashion-forward. I just was pregnant at the worst time of year really. The new fall line of maternity clothes at Target is actually not bad - a few cute things in there that are trendy. Didn't have a whole lotta that in the spring/summer. Oh well.
Hard to believe my little boy is 6 weeks already. He will be in 3 months clothes sizes very soon! He is wearing a few things 3 months, but most have been too big...but I think that's changing fairly quickly! He has been wearing size 1 diapers, and can wear a size 1-2 diaper as well. Growing boy!
